Emergency Contacts

If you have an emergency and you are unable to contact our office or our nominated repairers listed below, you can arrange for a suitably qualified person to carry out the repairs to a maximum value of 2 weeks rent.  You can either pay the repairer, and have our agency refund you the monies back or you can ask the repairer to send the invoice direct to our office for payment.  We also wish to refer you to your Tenant’s Handbook where there is a guide list for Troubleshooting. Examples of emergency repairs are listed below.

  • A burst water service or a serious water service leak
  • A blocked or broken toilet system (but only if you have one toilet in the home)
  • A serious roof/ceiling leak
  • A gas leak
  • A dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • Serious storm, fire or impact damage
  • A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
  • A failure or breakdown of an essential service or appliance on the premises for hot water, cooking or heating
  • A fault/damage that is likely to cause injury, undue inconvenience or which makes the premises unsafe or insecure
