Carolyn is super friendly and very helpful throughout the purchasing process. She helped me to follow timeline of purchasing process as my conveyancer was not responding well. She also negotiated the house price with vendor for me. She is responding very well on time on the phone call, sms, whatsapp etc. She is also honest that during video online inspection, she showed and told what she thinks it should be fixed without hiding it.
